We drove from out of town for our appointment and we arrived early. Trashy woman wearing tank top & flip flops actually spit her gum in her hand while removing her cell phone from her BRA grossand told us our barber wasn't in yet . Waited 15 past our appointment time. Received a TEXT from an employee saying they'd have to cancel no reason. Sooooo unprofessional will never come back.

I've been coming here for a couple years, and it was always good but now most of the barbers seem to leave to work somewhere else after a few months. There is definitely a lack of management and accountability. Don't book Rio that guy is a bum. He didn't show up for my appointment and never called just left me sitting in the lobby waiting. When I book the appointment 5 days before I should at least get a call or text to cancel. I'll be going somewhere else in the future.

Visiting the fam, needed a haircut, and don't know anyone with a good haircut here I could ask for a recommendation, so I came to the internet for a referral. This place seemed to have good word of mouth, so I called to see if they had availability. The guy on the phone was cordial, saying they'd had some cancellations, so booked an appointment at 2PM with David. I arrived ~10 minutes early expecting to wait for my appointment, and wait I did. Never been here before, don't care who cuts my hair as long as they're proficient. They brought in at least two walk-ins while I waited on the couch- I commented at one point asking if I got skipped. Right around 2:45 they asked me if I'd like to see a different barber than the one I'd had an appointment with. I said ok, so they put me with Sam. I've got an easy haircut to do, and one thats extremely popular for the last 5+ years. Literally, "every dude you know is getting this haircut." Google it, I guarantee you know this haircut. I even showed a picture of me with a good haircut so he had a decent brief to work from. First red flag- I was pointed away from the mirrored wall the entire time. I'm not here to socialize with fellow patrons, and the purpose of the mirror wall is so I can see whats going on. Sam did a decent job on the fade, he was thorough on how much he went over it to avoid stragglers. When it got to the top, I'm less impressed. He did no blending or texturizing and cut all the ends off square, and left it really uneven toward the back. To add insult to injury, he cut this arc over my ears thats completely uneven on either side, and WAY too far up on the left side. I f*****g hate when Barbers do this, and it never seems to happen anywhere but barber shops. Second red flag- Sam didn't do the "here's the hand mirror so you can see what the back looks like thing." My own fault for not addressing this in real time I suppose...Maybe this was just an off day at the shop, or maybe I just didn't get the A-Team, either way, I couldn't recommend this place to anyone. TL/DR- Caveat Emptor, not my favorite haircut ever.
