Have you heard about fat bombs? I’m so excited to share a huge list of fat bomb recipes today! If you know nothing about the craze, these desserts are a snack staple of the ketogenic and paleo diets.
My favorite recipes usually have about 2 – 3 (maybe up to 5) grams of net carbs. Many of these are also on my adrenal fatigue approved list as well.
Easy Keto Bomb Recipes
Hearing “fat” along with “bomb” might make you think of a treat that will go straight to your saddlebags, but so much research shows that unsaturated fat is good for you – and it’s filling and can keep from eating the sugars and carbs that are the “enemy.”
If you’re wondering what’s in these fat bombs that makes them so special, you’re going to find a lot of tasty stuff. 99% of of it is high-fat, and low-carb, like coconut oil, nut butters, avocado, nuts, unsweetened chocolate, and more.
The other nice thing about these recipes is that they’re easy to make. You pretty much throw the ingredients into a food processor, put them in a mold, and freeze. Most of these are ready in under 30 minutes!
When you have a sweet tooth, pick your favorite fat bomb recipe below. This list has mostly dessert style bombs, but there are also a few that are savory in addition to the sweet. Scroll down to see them all.
