I think this office, not the physicians, is poorly managed.

I was asked to be present at 6:45 am. I was there but the door was locked. Waited until 7:00am, my appointment time, door still locked. I could see someone at the desk but that person would not come and unlock the door. Please to not sent messages about being at the office at 6:45 unless you really mean it. I talked to Dr Burgess about the problem and I received a note later stating that he had talked the manager about the problem. There other people waiting with me that could not get in.

A good appointment

Dr. Andy is great as always giving me the confidence that I'm doing a great job as a parent. Always answers my question, listens to my concerns and helps develop a plan for improvement. I really appreciate your help. Parenting is not easy with help from a provider that cares is what makes the difference.

The rooms themselves were very clean, but the exterior entranceway didn't impress.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Burgess. He is always friendly and listens to my concerns without making me feel he is in a hurry. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Burgess as my primary care doctor and am satisfied with his care in every way. His staff always treats me with excellent care and courtesy. It's always a joy for me to see him each year for my annual physical exam.

Dr Burgess is very professional, caring, thorough and attentive. He got back to us right away as soon as my lab results were complete. He listens carefully and very kind. Highly recommend!

I forgot to ask about prescription for allergy medicine. I need my Strattera prescription to be sent to Walmart in Taylors.

Dr Burgess seemed genuinely concerned and willing to try to figure out what was causing the problem. Very thorough and listened to all our concerns.

My appointment time was great, seeing the doctor was fast and excellent. But getting to the point of the labs it was the worst the wait time was very long and the service was even longer.

Staff and Dr. Burgess is always professional yet personable and friendly. Most of all very knowledgeable and cares for my physical well-being. The person that took my blood samples made it very easy and painless. She was also very nice. In general a great team!
